a) Renewed/Refurbished Apple Devices
- These products go through thorough testing and necessary refurbishment, including battery or display replacements where needed.
- Devices may show minor cosmetic signs of use but are fully functional.
- Packaged in generic packaging and covered under the warranty policy outlined below.
b) New Perfumes & Accessories
- These items are brand new, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
- All products are selected with care to ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage conditions prior to sale.
- No testing or refurbishing is done on these items as they are sold in their original state.
3. Warranty
a) Renewed/Refurbished Devices
- Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty applies to devices that do not function as intended, including hardware issues, battery performance problems, and other internal defects.

- These products are not covered under warranty, as they are new, sealed items.

- Returns accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition: unopened, unused, and undamaged for perfumes/accessories; undamaged and not misused for refurbished devices.
- Exchanges are allowed for faulty or damaged items.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is found to be faulty or incorrect on arrival.
- If the item is returned used, damaged, or misused, it may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

- We offer standard shipping within the UAE (delivery in 3–7 business days).
- All prices are in AED and subject to 5% VAT.
