1. Introduction

By shopping at Souq Savvy, you agree to the terms outlined below. We offer both renewed/refurbished Apple devices(like iPads and iPhones) and new products including perfumes and accessories. Please read carefully to understand the policies applicable to each product type.

2. Product Types & Conditions

a) Renewed/Refurbished Apple Devices

• These products go through thorough testing and necessary refurbishment, including battery or display replacements where needed.
• Devices may show minor cosmetic signs of use but are fully functional.
• Packaged in generic packaging and covered under the warranty policy outlined below.

b) New Perfumes & Accessories

• These items are brand new, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
• All products are selected with care to ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage conditions prior to sale.
• No testing or refurbishing is done on these items as they are sold in their original state.

3. Warranty

a) Renewed/Refurbished Devices

• Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty applies to devices that do not function as intended, including hardware issues, battery performance problems, and other internal defects.

b) Perfumes & Accessories

• These products are not covered under warranty, as they are new, sealed items.
• However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange (see next section).

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition: unopened, unused, and undamaged for perfumes/accessories; undamaged and not misused for refurbished devices.
• Exchanges are allowed for faulty or damaged items.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is found to be faulty or incorrect on arrival.
• If the item is returned used, damaged, or misused, it may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

5. Shipping

• We offer standard shipping within the UAE (delivery in 3–7 business days).
• All prices are in AED and subject to 5% VAT.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty/damaged upon delivery.

• Prices are displayed in AED and VAT is added at checkout.
• We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and all other payment methods supported by Stripe.
