Perfume Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love your fragrance purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Perfumes must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at souqsavvy@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, carefully package the product, including all original components.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
